1. Introduction

Hair transplant procedures require careful preparation, medical resources, and reserved surgical time. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and helps us maintain the highest level of care.

2. Cooling-Off Period

– You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your booking confirmation email to review all information, ask questions, and confirm your decision.

– If you cancel within this cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or advance payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

More Than 30 Days’ Notice

– Full refund of any deposit or advance payment.

– Option to reschedule without penalty.

21–30 Days Before the Procedure

– 75% of the deposit refunded.

– Rescheduling allowed free of charge if requested at least 21 days before the procedure.

14–20 Days Before the Procedure

– 50% of the deposit refunded.

– Rescheduling will incur a £150 rebooking fee.

7–13 Days Before the Procedure

– 25% of the deposit refunded.

– Rescheduling will incur a £250 rebooking fee.

Less Than 7 Days Before the Procedure

– The full deposit is non-refundable.

– Rescheduling within this window is not permitted, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

4. No-Show Policy

– If a client fails to attend their scheduled procedure without prior notice:

– The full deposit is forfeited.

– No rescheduling will be allowed without a new booking and deposit.

5. Rescheduling Policy

– Rescheduling requests must follow the same notice periods as cancellations.

– Requests can be made via phone or email.

– Rescheduling within less than 7 days is not permitted for surgical procedures.

6. Late Arrival Policy

– Please arrive on time to ensure your procedure can be completed safely.

– If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation under this policy.

7. Payment Terms & Finance Options

– All hair transplant bookings require a deposit to secure your date.

– Full payment is due no later than 14 days before your procedure unless using an approved finance option.

8. Refund Policy After Treatment

– Once a hair transplant has been performed, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

– Any concerns must be addressed during your follow-up appointments.

9. Behaviour and Safety Policy

– We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.

– The clinic is monitored by CCTV for the safety of clients and staff.

– Any such incidents will be reported to the police.

11. Medical Contraindications & Cancellations by MHB Clinic

– If our surgeon determines you cannot proceed with the procedure for medical reasons, we will offer to reschedule or refund any unused amounts.
