At MHB Clinic, we’ve built our reputation on trust, expertise, and genuine patient care. Recently, we have observed that some clinics are falsely claiming a partnership or affiliation with MHB Clinic, particularly in relation to Hair Transplant treatments.
We want to make it clear that MHB Clinic has no partnership, collaboration, or branch association with any other clinic in the UK or abroad.
All MHB treatments, consultations, and procedures are carried out exclusively by our qualified team at our London Mayfair clinic.
We encourage all clients to verify information directly through our official channels to ensure authenticity, safety, and the exceptional standard of care MHB Clinic is known for.

1.Introduction
Hair transplant procedures require careful preparation, medical resources, a dedicated surgical team, and reserved surgical time. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and helps us maintain the highest level of care.
2.Cooling-Off Period
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your booking confirmation email to review all information, ask questions, and confirm your decision.
If you cancel within this cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or advance payment, provided that the procedure has not already taken place.
3.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
More Than 30 Days Before the Procedure
If you cancel your hair transplant procedure more than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid.
A £250 booking and administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is non-refundable and covers the booking, administration, and preparation costs related to your procedure.
Rescheduling is allowed only once.
21 to 30 Days Before the Procedure
If you cancel between 21 and 30 days before your procedure, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
One rescheduling request is allowed within this period. A £500 rescheduling fee will apply.
14 to 20 Days Before the Procedure
If you cancel between 14 and 20 days before your procedure, only 25% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Rescheduling is not permitted within this period.
Less Than 14 Days Before the Procedure
If you cancel less than 14 days before your procedure, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling is not permitted.
The payment cannot be transferred to another treatment, another person, or a future booking.
A new booking and new payment will be required for any future hair transplant procedure.
4.No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend their scheduled hair transplant procedure without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a full no-show.
In this situation:
The full treatment amount paid will be non-refundable.
The payment cannot be transferred to another treatment.
The booking cannot be rescheduled using the same payment.
A new booking and new payment will be required for any future hair transplant procedure.
4.1 Same Day Cancellation or Refusal to Proceed Policy
If a client cancels on the day of treatment or decides not to proceed with the treatment on the day for any non-medical reason, the booking will be treated as a full no-show.
Hair transplant procedures require a full day to be reserved, along with the dedicated surgical team, clinical resources, time, and preparation for the client.
In this situation:
The full treatment amount paid will be non-refundable.
The payment cannot be transferred to another treatment.
The booking cannot be rescheduled using the same payment.
A new booking and new payment will be required for any future hair transplant procedure.
This does not apply where MHB Clinic or the surgeon decides that the treatment cannot safely proceed due to medical reasons. In such cases, the clinic will review the situation and offer a suitable reschedule or refund of any unused amount where appropriate.
5.Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed only once for hair transplant surgical procedures.
Rescheduling is only permitted more than 30 days before the procedure, or between 21 and 30 days before the procedure with a £500 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling is not permitted 20 days or less before the procedure.
Any second rescheduling request will not be accepted. If the client cannot attend the rescheduled date, a new booking and new payment will be required.
Requests can be made via phone or email.
6.Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure your procedure can be completed safely.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation or no-show under this policy.
In this situation, the full applicable fee may be retained.
7.Payment Terms & Finance Options
All hair transplant bookings require a deposit to secure your procedure date.
Full payment is due no later than 14 days before your procedure unless using an approved finance option.
If payment is not completed by the required deadline, MHB Clinic reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the applicable fees under this policy.
8.Refund Policy After Treatment
Once a hair transplant procedure has been performed, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Any concerns must be addressed during your follow-up appointments.
9.Behaviour and Safety Policy
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards staff, practitioners, surgeons, or other clients.
The clinic is monitored by CCTV for the safety of clients and staff.
Any abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour may result in cancellation of the booking, refusal of treatment, removal from the premises, and reporting to the police where appropriate.
10.Medical Contraindications & Cancellations by MHB Clinic
If our surgeon determines that you cannot proceed with the procedure for medical reasons, we will offer to reschedule or refund any unused amount where appropriate.
This decision will be made by MHB Clinic or the surgeon based on clinical safety and professional judgement.
